Refund & Reprint Policy

1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Superior DTF, every order is carefully reviewed and printed to the highest standard. We take full responsibility for errors that occur on our end and will always work to make things right for our customers.

2. Eligible for Free Reprint

You are eligible for a free reprint if:

  1. There is a visible printing defect such as streaks, smearing, or color inconsistency that is caused by our printing process
  2. Your order arrives damaged due to improper packaging on our part
  3. We printed the wrong size or wrong design due to an internal error
  4. The print quality does not meet the standard shown in our samples

To request a reprint, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. You must provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number.

3. Not Eligible for Refund or Reprint

We do not offer refunds or reprints for the following:

  1. Low resolution or blurry artwork submitted by the customer
  2. Incorrect colors due to customer files not being in the correct color profile
  3. Spelling mistakes, design errors, or wrong sizing in the customer submitted artwork
  4. Orders where the customer approved a proof and the print matches the approved file
  5. Change of mind after the order has been sent to print
  6. Slight color variations that are normal in the DTF printing process

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once your order has been confirmed and sent to print. We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where Superior DTF is unable to fulfill your order entirely. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a reprint or refund claim:

  1. Email us at dtfsuperior@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Include clear photos showing the issue
  3. Describe the problem in detail
  4. Our team will review your claim within 1 to 2 business days and respond with a resolution
