1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and placing an order with Superior DTF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site in any way that causes or may cause damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. You must not use our site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
3. Intellectual Property and Artwork Policy
By submitting artwork or design files to Superior DTF, you confirm and warrant that:
- You are the original creator of the artwork, or
- You have obtained full legal rights and permission to reproduce and print the submitted designs
- The artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party
- The artwork does not contain any offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content
Superior DTF reserves the right to refuse any order that contains artwork we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of third-party rights. We accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer submitted files.
4. Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, your files will be reviewed for quality and compliance with our file requirements. If any issues are found, we will contact you before proceeding to print. Superior DTF reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars. Pricing is calculated at $0.03 per square inch of gang sheet selected. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our checkout system.
6. Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 1 to 3 business days after your file has been approved. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Superior DTF is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control including carrier delays, holidays, or technical issues.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all locations within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Superior DTF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior DTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
