Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your file has been reviewed and approved. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders within the United States using USPS or UPS. The carrier will be selected based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be displayed on the website when available.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
At this time we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes for larger orders. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at dtfsuperior@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. While Superior DTF is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once dispatched, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Superior DTF is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
